What you’ll do

Lead end-to-end development of cloud-connected embedded products (IoT devices, gateways, data loggers).
Architect and optimize Linux-based systems (Debian/Yocto/Raspbian), including kernel customization and performance tuning.
Ship robust connectivity stacks (GSM, Wi-Fi, BLE) and RTOS-based firmware.
Integrate securely with AWS/GCP services for device management, telemetry, OTA, and analytics.
Drive intuitive embedded UIs and ensure smooth HW/SW co-design with our hardware team.
Build, mentor, and scale a team of 10+ engineers; raise the bar on code quality, reviews, CI/CD, and documentation.

What you’ll bring

Strong hands-on coding in
C/C++
, plus proficiency in
Python
and/or
Go
.
Deep Linux chops (kernel, device drivers, BSPs, Yocto/Raspbian), scripting with
Bash/Shell
, and
RTOS
experience.
Firmware experience across
GSM, Wi-Fi, BLE
and common IoT protocols (MQTT/HTTP).
Cloud integration on
AWS
and/or
GCP
for edge/IoT workloads.
Experience building
embedded UIs
and a solid understanding of
embedded hardware
.
Proven team leadership, stakeholder communication, and delivery ownership.
