Senior Embedded Software Engineer

• Software Architecture & Development:

• Design and implement embedded software for Windows Embedded / WinCE platforms.
• Develop and maintain Linux-based embedded applications and device drivers.
• Optimize system performance and ensure reliability for real-time applications.

• Integration & Testing:

• Integrate software with hardware platforms and validate functionality.
• Perform debugging using advanced tools for both Windows Embedded and Linux environments.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and product specifications.

• Leadership & Collaboration:

• Mentor and guiding junior engineers in coding practices and system design.
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and QA teams for end-to-end product development.
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical recommendations.

• Documentation & Process:

• Prepare detailed design documents, architecture diagrams, and test reports.
• Maintain version control and follow best practices for software lifecycle management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 89 years of experience in embedded software development.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming for embedded systems.
• Hands-on experience with

  Windows Embedded / WinCE programming

• Good understanding of Linux-based embedded systems and device drivers.
• Familiarity with communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, Ethernet).
• Expertise in debugging tools and IDEs for embedded platforms.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of RTOS concepts and real-time application development.
• Experience with bootloaders, BSP customization, and firmware upgrade mechanisms.
• Exposure to networking stacks and industrial communication protocols.
