Description
As an EY GDS Consulting Senior, you will contribute technically and functionally to GRC Technology client engagements and internal projects. You will identify potential business opportunities for EY within existing engagements, escalate these as appropriate, anticipate and identify risks within engagements, and share any issues with senior members of the team. Your Key Responsibilities: - Work with the Solution Designers/Architects, and BAs to bounce ideas, disseminate business requirements, and articulate the best feasible solution to implement. - Map customer requirements to ServiceNow GRC functionality and advise on best practices for implementing GRC processes. - Design and develop custom ServiceNow GRC applications and modules to meet specific client needs and compliance requirements. - Configure and customize ServiceNow GRC workflows, policies, forms, and user interface (UI) elements to create user-friendly solutions. - Participate in scrum meetings, define user story points, and prioritize tasks. - Configure Automated Test Framework (ATF) associated with the ServiceNow build. - Drive process optimization, efficiencies, and productivity using automation. - Develop and maintain ServiceNow GRC scripts to enhance system functionality and automate processes. - Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance for developed solutions. - Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team. - Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow GRC features, releases, and industry trends. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow GRC with other systems. - Assist EY regional teams on RFP pursuits and proposals for clients. - Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel. - Ensure on-time delivery of allocated tasks. - Adherence to quality processes specified for the project. - Compliance with EY policies and procedures. To qualify for the role, you must have: - 3 to 6+ years of relevant experience in a similar role. - Experience in ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions. - ServiceNow GRC certifications. - Basic understanding of cross GRC domains. - Good understanding of ServiceNow technology platform. Ideally, you should also have: - B.E/B.Tech or MBA with relevant experience. - Understanding of program and project management practices. - Experience in delivery management and client management. - Exposure to multiple GRC tools like Archer, MetricStream, Enablon.
