Senior E-commerce Expert

We are looking for a Senior E-commerce Expert to lead and scale our online business operations across multiple platforms. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong hands-on expertise in marketplace management, performance marketing, and revenue growth. The candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end e-commerce strategy, managing teams/vendors, and ensuring seamless execution to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the overall e-commerce business strategy across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) and D2C platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)

Drive revenue growth through pricing, promotions, and campaign strategies.

Oversee marketplace operations including listings, inventory, logistics, and account health.

Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Amazon PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads) to maximize sales and ROAS.

Conduct competitor benchmarking and trend analysis for market positioning.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, operations, content) for product launches and campaigns.

Build, mentor, and lead a small team or vendors for e-commerce execution.

Monitor key metrics (conversion rate, customer acquisition cost, repeat purchases) and prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations.

Stay updated with latest e-commerce tools, technologies, and trends.

Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

5+ years of proven experience in e-commerce strategy and execution.

Strong knowledge of marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and D2C platforms.

Expertise in performance marketing (Google, Meta, Amazon Ads).

Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar tools.

Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Ability to handle P&L ownership for e-commerce channels.

Preferred Skills

Experience in scaling brands from 0 to 1 or managing multi-crore sales volumes.

Knowledge of international marketplaces (Amazon Global, Walmart, eBay).

Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
