• Seeking a Business Consultant with 8+ years of experience in Salesforce and ERP system configuration and CRM implementation, responsible for analyzing client needs, designing customized CRM solutions, and ensuring seamless system integration. Must be proficient in Salesforce, Analytics tools, and Agile methodologies, with a strong understanding of business processes and sales funnel management. • The ideal candidate will possess a Salesforce Consultant Certification, excellent problem-solving, and client communication skills, and a proven track record in delivering complex CRM projects. This role involves leading CRM implementations, providing strategic guidance to clients, and ensuring ongoing system optimization. Must have- - Excellent communication skills - Experience in configuring and setting up business processes - Expertise in CRM implementation and configuration - Strong understanding of sales funnel management - Experience in Agile project methodologies - Must have experience in Salesforce - Prior experience in client engagement - Must be a MBA graduate - Cloud-based software company background Nice to have-  • Salesforce Consultant Certification (advantageous but not mandatory). • Experience with ERP systems and their integration with Salesforce. • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and their integration with CRM systems. • Knowledge of advanced analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for creating detailed reports and dashboards. • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies, including certifications like Scrum or PMP. • Expertise in designing custom fields, workflows, and validation rules for tailored CRM implementations. • Hands-on experience in cross-platform integrations, ensuring data consistency and seamless processes. • Exposure to business process re-engineering and optimization techniques. • Strong skills in preparing comprehensive documentation for CRM processes, configurations, and training guides. • Awareness of the latest Salesforce updates and features, with the ability to recommend enhancements.
