Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr. Dispatch Executive located in Noida. The Sr. Dispatch Executive will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing logistics operations, managing shipment schedules, and monitoring the progress of deliveries. Other responsibilities include ensuring adherence to compliance and safety standards, addressing any delays or issues, and maintaining effective communication with drivers and clients. The role also involves analyzing logistical challenges to improve efficiency and optimize operations.


Qualifications:


  • Proficiency in logistics coordination, shipment scheduling, and managing dispatch operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, drivers, and team members
  • Proficiency in using dispatch and logistics software or related tools
  • Identifying and selecting reputable and safe freight carriers.
  • Providing shipping quotes to the sales team.
  • Booking orders with carriers.
  • Assisting in the preparation of carriers for loads.
  • Monitoring the status of loads.
  • Working with shippers, carriers, and dispatchers to coordinate.
  • Scheduled pickups and drop-offs.
  • Maintaining accurate records of pertinent activities.
  • Can handle a team also .
  • Have experience working in a USA-based 3PL company.
  • Having a knowledge of LTL, FTL, and Drayage.
  • Informing customers about shipment status and assisting with other inquiries
  • Relevant prior experience in logistics and dispatch roles is preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
