Job Description

Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Professional Services team, aligning with organizational goals
Drive operational excellence and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality client projects
Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing team across multiple functions
Develop and implement training programs to upskill team members and improve productivity
Act as the primary escalation point for clients, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met or exceeded
Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
Establish and enforce best practices, processes, and methodologies for project execution and delivery
Define and track KPIs for the Professional Services team to measure success and identify improvement areas
Ensure profitability of the services function by optimizing resource allocation and cost management

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS

CREDENTIALS REQUIRED

12+ years of experience in Professional Services, Project Management, or related roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position

Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams in a SaaS or technology-driven organization

Deep understanding of SaaS platforms, software development lifecycles, and implementation methodologies

Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and other project management and collaboration tools

Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and managing diverse teams

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with C-level executives and clients

Ability to convey complex ideas and solutions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences

Ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize processes

Good oral and written communication skills, analytical skills and a highly professional attitude are essential
