Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies for multiple client projects.
• Handle SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email campaigns.
• Create content strategies, campaigns, and creatives in coordination with the content/design team.
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics for each project.
• Coordinate with clients to understand goals, provide updates, and present campaign results.
• Manage and mentor a small digital marketing team, assigning tasks and tracking progress.
• Keep up-to-date with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Optimize campaigns to improve ROI and meet client objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency handling multiple clients.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Social Media Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and CRM tools.
• Experience in content marketing, branding, lead generation, and email marketing.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results.
• Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
• Creative mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English; Malayalam knowledge is a plus.
