Role:


Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute digital strategy across channels.
  • Drive acquisition, retention, and ROI through performance and CRM.
  • Manage influencer/affiliate programs and strengthen brand presence.
  • Optimize campaigns using data and insights.
  • Lead internal teams and agencies for execution.


Requirements:

  • 8+ years in digital marketing; 4–5 in D2C (fashion/apparel preferred).
  • Proven success in brand growth via digital channels.
  • Strong in performance, retention, and influencer marketing.
  • Skilled in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, CRM.
  • Leadership and analytical expertise.
