Senior Digital Marketing Executive

Job Overview:

User Umbrella is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Executive with a strong background in marketing. The ideal candidate should have expertise in performance marketing, social media management, lead generation, and client communication. Strong English communication skills and client management abilities are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads for real estate projects.
• Plan and manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other paid media campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience targeting, and data analytics.
• Handle SEO, website traffic growth, and content strategy to enhance brand visibility.
• Manage and grow social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create and analyze performance reports using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools.
• Communicate effectively with clients, developers, and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends and digital marketing innovations.

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics, CRM tools, and lead tracking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience in client management and the ability to maintain strong business relationships.
• Knowledge of content marketing, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization.
• Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent & MBA In Marketing is a Plus
• Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or HubSpot Marketing is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with real estate marketing campaigns and lead generation strategies.
