Project Focus: Hegde Gardenia – Premium Residential Project

Location: Mysore

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month (Fixed) + Attractive Incentives

Experience Required: Minimum 1+ year in Real Estate Sales (Mandatory)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Description:

We are on the lookout for a Sales Manager with 1+ year of experience in the real estate industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-performance, target-driven environment. You will be responsible for managing sales leads, conducting site visits, closing deals, and building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle qualified leads and convert them into successful sales
Conduct site visits and explain property features to potential buyers
Understand buyer needs and provide suitable real estate solutions
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals
Maintain CRM records of all leads, follow-ups, and deals
Build strong rapport with customers to drive repeat business
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the sales process

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience, preferably in plotted developments
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel to Mysore and conduct field visits
Familiarity with the Mysore real estate market is a plus
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-centric
