Junior Affiliate Marketing Delivery Manager

As a Junior Affiliate Marketing Delivery Manager at our fast-growing Ad Network team in Bangalore, India, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing App and Desktop performance campaigns across multiple affiliate networks. Your responsibilities will include setting up, tracking, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns to meet KPIs. You will work closely with platforms like Appsflyer, Offers18, Affise, and Kochava for integrations, troubleshooting, and reporting, ensuring smooth execution of postbacks and proper attribution tracking. Acquiring new clients and affiliates, fostering strong relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to align campaign strategies will be key to driving sustained revenue growth. Additionally, you will prepare campaign performance reports and share insights with clients and management. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize App and Desktop performance campaigns across multiple affiliate networks. - Handle end-to-end campaign delivery: setup, tracking, monitoring, and optimization to meet KPIs. - Work with platforms like Appsflyer, Offers18, Affise, Kochava for integrations, troubleshooting, and reporting. - Ensure smooth execution of postbacks and proper attribution tracking. - Acquire new clients and affiliates, fostering strong relationships to drive sustained revenue. - Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign strategies and improve performance delivery. - Prepare campaign performance reports and share insights with clients and management. Qualifications Required: - 12 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing / Ad Network campaign delivery. - Hands-on expertise with Appsflyer, Offers18, Affise, Kochava. - Strong understanding of postback URLs, attribution, and tracking integrations. - Proven ability to generate revenue and onboard new clients/affiliates. - Good analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data. - Strong communication and relationship-building skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
