Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive traffic, generate leads, and support overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve website visibility and ranking
• Create and manage content across social media platforms
• Analyse and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, sales) to align marketing strategies
• Optimize landing pages and user funnels to maximize conversions
• Stay updated with industry trends and new digital tools/platforms
• Manage email marketing campaigns and automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 1–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing
• Experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs
• Knowledge of content marketing and branding
• Creative thinking and strong communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and create performance reports
• Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS is a plus

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience in e-commerce or B2B marketing
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop)
• Knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce
• Google Ads and Meta Certifications
