Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies:

  • Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve our business objectives and drive online growth.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for brand promotion and audience engagement.

Paid Advertising and PPC Campaigns:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI and achieve set KPIs.
  • Retargeting and Tracking code configuration and implementation is a mandatory skill

Content Marketing and Social Media Management:

  • Oversee content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, social media content, videos, infographics, etc.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop compelling and shareable content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Manage and maintain our social media channels, engaging with followers, and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Optimize website content and structure for search engines to improve organic search rankings and drive relevant traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance our online visibility.
  • Manage and collaborate with external agencies when necessary.

Perform data analysis using web analytics tools to assess digital marketing performance. Generate regular reports with insights and recommendations, staying informed about digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.

Lead and mentor a team of junior digital marketing executive, creating a collaborative and high-performing environment. Conduct performance evaluations and offer professional development opportunities for team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager for a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 4 years.
  • Demonstrable success in developing and executing effective digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using various digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics software.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media best practices.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Relevant certifications in digital marketing are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Trichy, Tiruchchirappalli, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Digital marketing: 2 years (Required)
