Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Digital Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored for residential and commercial real estate projects.
  • Plan monthly lead generation goals and allocate budgets across platforms.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor campaigns, and customer insights to refine strategies.

2. Performance Marketing

  • Manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Property Portals (99acres, MagicBricks, Housing, etc.).
  • Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, lead quality, and CPL (Cost Per Lead).
  • Track daily performance and make data-driven adjustments.

3. Lead Management & CRM

  • Coordinate with the Sales/Pre-Sales team to ensure smooth lead flow.
  • Monitor lead quality through CRM tools and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and remarketing campaigns.

4. SEO & Website Management

  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic traffic.
  • Coordinate website updates, landing page creation, and A/B testing.
  • Ensure website content is up-to-date, project-focused, and optimized.

5. Content & Social Media Management

  • Plan and oversee content creation for social media, blogs, reels, videos, and ads.
  • Manage the brand’s online presence across all social platforms.
  • Develop engaging content strategies for project launches, offers, events, and site updates.

6. Analytics & Reporting

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
  • Analyze campaign metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversion ratios.
  • Recommend actionable insights to improve digital performance.

7. Coordination & Vendor Management

  • Work closely with creative agencies, video teams, portal managers, and freelancers.
  • Ensure timely execution of marketing collaterals and campaigns.

8. Project Campaign Handling

  • Plan and execute digital marketing activities for project launches, pre-launches, and events.
  • Promote site visits, walk-ins, and project-specific lead generation campaigns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
