Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Production Engineering/ Packaging Engineering, or related field. • Computer-Aided Design (CAD) skills • Knowledge of software tools for CAD design (SolidWorks/ Creo Parametric ) • Strong attention to detail and p problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities • Relevant certification or degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering • Experience in Personal Care Products, Glass & Plastic Containers manufacturing will be preferred. • Knowledge of packaging design, including corrugated, flexible, or rigid packaging. • Strong understanding of material properties and packaging manufacturing processes. Responsibilities : • Develop and modify 2D and 3D CAD models using software like SolidWorks or Creo Parametric • Create detailed technical drawings, prototypes, and specifications for packaging components. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Marketing, and Production. • Ensure packaging designs meet structural, aesthetic, and functional requirements. • Support product development from concept to final production. • Troubleshoot design challenges and suggest improvements. • Perform material analysis to optimize design for sustainability and cost-effectiveness. • Maintain accurate documentation of designs, revisions, and technical data.
