Assistant Manager - Incoming Packaging Testing

As a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Executive Packaging in the Personal Care, Perfume, and Cosmetics industry, you will need to leverage your 3 to 5 years of experience to maintain high packaging quality standards. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards while actively contributing to continuous quality improvement initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include defining specifications for packaging materials, conducting quality checks and inspections on various packaging materials, monitoring supplier/subcontractor quality, adhering to QMS and GMP standards, overseeing new product development trials, resolving non-conformities, leading quality audits, managing inspection schedules, formulating SOPs for testing and process validations, and monitoring test parameters. To excel in this role, you must have proficiency in using various testing instruments, a strong understanding of packaging compliance requirements, and excellent documentation and reporting skills. A background in the Perfume, Cosmetics, or Personal Care industry is preferred, along with sound knowledge of packaging materials specific to the industry. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective team oversight and collaboration.
