You are a Senior Delivery Manager - CPL (International) at CrazyDots, a full-service digital marketing agency specializing in performance-driven campaigns, SEO strategies, and reward-based marketing for clients in diverse verticals globally. Your role involves leading and managing end-to-end campaign delivery for cost-per-lead (CPL) campaigns across international markets, focusing on quality, scalability, and client success in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own the end-to-end delivery of CPL-based campaigns for international markets including SEA, MENA, Europe, and North America. - Drive campaign planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization to meet lead volume, cost-efficiency, and quality goals. - Manage multiple international client accounts, ensuring KPIs, SLAs, and timelines are consistently met. - Liaise with internal teams to deliver cohesive outcomes. - Ensure lead quality through consistent monitoring, source vetting, and rigorous data validation. - Act as the main client contact for international CPL campaigns. - Manage vendor relationships, publisher onboarding, billing processes, and compliance with data privacy regulations. - Monitor campaign pacing, budgets, CPLs, conversion rates, and ensure timely reporting and insights sharing. - Troubleshoot delivery challenges, implement solutions, and proactively flag risks. - Contribute to global growth plans, assist in pitch preparation, and support strategic decision-making. **Requirements:** - Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in campaign delivery, lead generation, or performance marketing. - Strong background in CPL campaigns, international lead generation, or B2C/B2B funnel marketing. - Experience in managing clients across sectors such as BFSI, EdTech, SaaS, or D2C is preferred. - Solid exposure to international markets, especially SEA, MENA, or North America. - Proven expertise in using tracking tools, CRMs, or MMPs like Appsflyer, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar. - Exceptional client management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of CPL metrics, lead quality benchmarks, and funnel optimization. - Ability to handle pressure, multitask across time zones, and deliver with agility and accountability. **Good-to-Have:** - Experience working with global affiliate networks or CPL platforms. - Understanding of compliance standards like GDPR, TCPA, or CASL. - Technical comfort with landing page funnels, form integrations, or CRM workflows.
