Key Responsibilities: Lead Conversion & Management: Engage with high-intent leads generated via digital campaigns, webinar registrations, and website signups. Nurture them through the sales funnel to conversion. Strategic Follow-Ups: Call and convert webinar attendees and non-attendees, ensuring no opportunity is missed. Follow up with students who have shown interest but haven’t enrolled. Consultative Selling: Understand individual student needs and career aspirations to offer personalized course guidance and close high-quality enrollments. Revenue Ownership: Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive calling, objection handling, and delivering a strong value proposition. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of outreach, lead stages, and conversion data on CRM systems. Provide regular performance and insights reports. Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and messaging. Coordinate with student success teams for a seamless post-sale experience. Market Insights: Stay informed on gaming industry trends and EdTech competition to offer informed guidance and maintain a competitive edge. You are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager - CPL (International) to lead and manage end-to-end campaign delivery for cost-per-lead (CPL) campaigns across global markets. This is a strategic, hands-on role responsible for overseeing the flawless execution of lead generation campaigns for international clients, with a focus on quality, scalability, and client success. The ideal candidate has deep experience in CPL campaigns, understands the nuances of international lead generation, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Own the end-to-end delivery of CPL-based campaigns for international markets including SEA, MENA, Europe, and North America. Drive campaign planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization to meet lead volume, cost-efficiency, and quality goals.
