We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to analyze, model, and generate actionable insights to enhance customer engagement, improve operational efficiency, and support our business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities (R&R):

Data Analysis & Strategy

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to customer behavior, sales performance, digital marketing, and operations.
• Translate business requirements into data models and analytical solutions.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve revenue, client experience, and business efficiency.

Model Development & Insights

• Develop predictive models (e.g., lead conversion, customer retention, seasonal demand forecasting).
• Provide actionable insights and data-backed recommendations to the management team.
• Use statistical methods and machine learning techniques to improve marketing campaigns and operational workflows.

Collaboration & Reporting

• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to support data-driven decisions.
• Create intuitive dashboards and automated reports for leadership.
• Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Innovation & Best Practices

• Implement best practices in data collection, storage, and security.
• Continuously explore new tools, technologies, and methods to optimize data science applications at ZGP.
• Mentor junior analysts and guide them on technical and analytical aspects.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Scientist / Senior Analyst.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python/R, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
