Job Overview:
We’re hiring a Senior Data Scientist to join a dynamic analytics team focused on transforming customer experience through data. You'll develop NLP and ML solutions, conduct experiments, and create predictive models to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer behavior and usage patterns
• Build NLP & ML-based predictive models
• Execute experiments and provide actionable insights
• Drive end-to-end data science projects
• Contribute to GenAI product development

Requirements:

• Bachelor's (Master’s preferred) in Computer Science, Statistics, or related
• 5+ years of data science experience
• Strong Python, SQL, Power BI skills, and hands-on with NLP & ML
• Experience with GenAI and large datasets is a plus
• Excellent communication and analytical thinking
