Role Overview

Associate Manager – Senior Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to identify business goals and translate them into analytical problems.
• Design and implement custom ML models tailored to client-specific data and objectives.
• Develop scalable, interpretable, and production-ready analytics solutions.
• Present insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and client partners to ensure delivery excellence.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative fields.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science and Machine Learning model development.
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end ML solutions—from problem definition to deployment.
• Proficiency in Python and key libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Jupyter, etc.).
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with Spark.
• Deep understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning algorithms.
• Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), using tools like NLTK for text analytics.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Exposure to data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or R Shiny is preferred.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus.
