Job Description

Position: BIM Modeler
Location: Ahmedabad

About the Company:
Join a leading UK-based MNC with a strong presence in India, delivering world-class architectural and engineering solutions. We are expanding our Ahmedabad team and seeking a talented BIM Modeler with proven expertise in Revit.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using Revit.
Prepare detailed architectural and construction documentation.
Implement design changes and ensure quality control in all outputs.
Follow project-specific BIM protocols and standards (LOD, CDE).
Collaborate with international project teams to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements:

Diploma in Civil Engineering or Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a BIM Modeler.
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Navisworks/AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage).
Solid understanding of BIM workflows, documentation, and standards.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and time management skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working on international projects, preferably UK-based.
Familiarity with BIM collaboration tools such as BIM 360 or ACC.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
