Revit

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage 3D BIM models using

  Revit

• Produce construction documents, shop drawings, coordination drawings, and quantity take-offs
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to resolve design issues
• Follow BIM Execution Plans and maintain model accuracy
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders for design updates
• Participate in clash detection and coordination meetings using Navisworks or BIM 360
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards like ISO 19650 and PAS 1192
• Export IFC files and other deliverables for client coordination
• Maintain organized model files and version control

Skills & Competencies

• Strong proficiency in

  Revit with rendering tools

• Familiarity with Navisworks, BIM 360, and AutoCAD (as needed for coordination)
• Understanding of construction systems and BIM workflows
• Knowledge of international BIM standards
• Detail-oriented with strong modeling accuracy
• Effective communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple disciplines and meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• BIM certification or formal training (preferred but not required)
