About the Role

The Kaptive is looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team and support our Australian client, at their New Delhi office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on working closely with cross-functional teams, translating raw data into meaningful insights and actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities

·       Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.

·       Connect to various data sources, import and clean data, and transform it for analysis.

·       Work with SQL and for querying and managing large datasets and create KPIs using BI software.

·       Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

·       Create regular reports and ad-hoc analyses for business teams.

·       Collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams to understand requirements and deliver meaningful data solutions.

Requirements

·       Graduate in any discipline (preferably via regular/full-time education) from a recognized institute with a good academic record.

·       2+ years of strong hands-on experience with SQL, Python and Data Visualization.

·       Proficient in BI report building.

·       Strong analytical and mathematical skills.

·       Good communication skills with the ability to explain data insights clearly to different stakeholders.

·       Comfortable working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

·       Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and business domains.

Nice to Have

·       Exposure to scripting languages like R.

·       Experience working on end-to-end BI or analytics projects.
