Senior Data Analyst

Role Overview: As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be an essential part of a cross-functional team responsible for delivering data solutions within the corporate data and applications domain. Your role will involve handling data migration and reporting tasks for both Business-As-Usual (BAU) and Projects. You will collaborate closely with the business application team and project team to provide valuable services to business stakeholders at all levels. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of data migration projects, including requirements gathering, data analysis, data mapping, and data transformation. - Collaborate with the Business applications team and Project team on data-related aspects. - Ensure thorough documentation of data requirements and development work for seamless service transitioning. - Lead corporate data quality improvement initiatives by assessing data quality, identifying issues, and suggesting solutions for data quality tracking & reporting. - Work with the business application team and stakeholders to drive continuous data quality enhancement. - Manage the requirements, design, development, and maintenance of automated business KPI Reporting. - Assist in the maintenance and handling of ad-hoc tasks in the Central Data Repository. Qualifications Required: - Advanced SQL skills, including the ability to write optimized queries, design data models, handle large datasets, write stored procedures/functions, and ensure data quality. - Proficiency in Data Visualization tools like Power BI and/or Tableau. - Experience in Data Migration Projects. - Excellent command of English language (verbal and written). - Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics). - 4+ years of experience working as a Data Analyst. - Familiarity with CRM Data and a solid understanding of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce. - Strong Business Analysis skills for problem analysis and requirement assessment. - Effective communication, collaboration, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. - Independence in work and a proactive approach.
