Location: Remote Experience Required: 5–6 years Working Days: Monday to Friday Budget: Up to ₹18 LPA About the Role As a Senior Data Analyst, you’ll be instrumental in transforming complex data into strategic insights that shape business decisions. This is a full-cycle analytical role where you'll lead everything from requirement gathering to building reports and performance tracking. Key Responsibilities Convert raw data into strategic insights to drive business decisions. Manage the full data analysis lifecycle: requirements, activities, design. Develop and maintain advanced reporting and analysis tools. Monitor performance metrics and quality control procedures. Work cross-functionally to prioritise business and data needs. Recommend and implement data process improvements. Maintain a data analysis repository and document key processes. Support predictive modelling, NLP, and machine learning efforts. Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. 7–10 years of relevant experience in data analysis and reporting. Strong domain expertise in Insurance/Finance/Banking industries. Must-Have Skills Power BI report development expertise Proficiency in SQL Server , Oracle , and database management Experience with data visualisation , ETL tools , predictive modelling , and machine learning Familiarity with Hadoop , NoSQL , and operating systems like UNIX/Linux Working knowledge of Agile methodologies Experience with data modelling tools (ERWin, Visio, etc.) Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills Perks Paid Leaves Flexible Working Hours Remote Flexibility Ready to join a data-driven team and make an impact?
