The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging data to drive business insights and support decision-making processes across the organization. What You Will Do: Lead data analysis initiatives, identifying trends, patterns, and insights to inform business strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. Design and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Conduct statistical analyses to support business objectives and improve operational efficiency. Present findings and insights to stakeholders, facilitating data-driven decision-making. Ensure data integrity and accuracy, implementing best practices for data management and analysis. What We Look For: Required: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. 5-8 years of experience in data analysis or a related field. Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R). Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders. Preferred: Experience in machine learning techniques and predictive modeling. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
