Senior Customer Support Executive

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive with 3–8 years of experience. The ideal candidate should be excellent at communication, problem-solving, and handling customer interactions with empathy and efficiency. Preference will be given to candidates who have prior experience working in FinTech or financial services support environments.

Responsibilities :

• Handle and resolve customer queries through phone, email, or chat with professionalism and clarity.
• Understand customer issues, troubleshoot effectively, and provide timely resolutions.
• Log all interactions accurately in CRM/ticketing systems and ensure proper follow-up.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams and ensure closure within defined timelines.
• Maintain a strong understanding of company products/services to guide customers effectively.
• Collaborate with operations, product, and other teams to improve customer experience.
• Track recurring issues and share insights to help improve processes.
• Ensure high service quality while meeting daily productivity and SLA targets.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in customer support or customer service roles.
• Preference for candidates with experience in FinTech
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and customer-first attitude.
• Familiarity with CRM, support tools, or ticketing systems is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and work with minimal supervision.
• High attention to detail and proactive communication skills.
