We're expanding our customer success team and looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative who excels in communication, takes initiative, and thrives on solving challenges — especially in the dynamic world of cybersecurity and enterprise tech.

What You'll Do (No Cap):

• Handle complex client queries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Follow up on client payments and maintain accurate records with professionalism
• Conduct cold calls and outreach to public and private sector clients
• Resolve escalated complaints and ensure client satisfaction at all touchpoints
• Work closely with the sales and cybersecurity teams to support project coordination and service excellence
• Develop trusted relationships with government, PSU, and enterprise clients
