The role is requirement based. When we have a session available, we will inform you, and if you have open slots, we will schedule the session with the client accordingly. Prior to joining, a formal contract containing comprehensive details will be sent to you. For every counselling session undertaken for Lyra ICAS, detailed notes for the same need to be shared with us within 4 working days from the session's completion date, as per the points outlined in the case notes format which will be shared with you. These notes are not shared with the clients organization, and they are completely confidential. Clinical Outcomes in Routine Evaluation-10 (CORE-10) assessment is a short 10-item easy-to-use assessment measure for common presentations of psychological distress, designed to be used for screening and throughout treatment to track progress. We are to administer it for every session, a minimum of 7 days apart. The assessment must take place at the end of a session. This is administered for individuals only NOT for couples availing a session. If over the course of the session, your client reveals any information which is indicative of a vulnerable mental state, and/or self-harm ideation, the Clinical Manager needs to be informed immediately. The observations also need to be documented in the case notes. Follow-up sessions (if any) need to be scheduled via ICAS India only, as the client/ employee is utilizing the EAP service of their organization and is entitled to a certain number of free sessions under the service that we need to keep a track of. The role is requirement based. When we have a session available, we will inform you, and if you have open slots, we will schedule the session with the client accordingly. Prior to joining, a formal contract containing comprehensive details will be sent to you. For every counselling session undertaken for Lyra ICAS, detailed notes for the same need to be shared with us within 4 working days from the session's completion date, as per the points outlined in the case notes format which will be shared with you. These notes are not shared with the clients organization, and they are completely confidential. Clinical Outcomes in Routine Evaluation-10 (CORE-10) assessment is a short 10-item easy-to-use assessment measure for common presentations of psychological distress, designed to be used for screening and throughout treatment to track progress. We are to administer it for every session, a minimum of 7 days apart. The assessment must take place at the end of a session. This is administered for individuals only NOT for couples availing a session. If over the course of the session, your client reveals any information which is indicative of a vulnerable mental state, and/or self-harm ideation, the Clinical Manager needs to be informed immediately. The observations also need to be documented in the case notes. Follow-up sessions (if any) need to be scheduled via ICAS India only, as the client/ employee is utilizing the EAP service of their organization and is entitled to a certain number of free sessions under the service that we need to keep a track of.
