The Customised Learning Consultant will provide best-in-class training on behalf of Global Learning Solutions department. We are looking for a strong trainer who has exceptional skills in facilitating virtual and on-site training sessions on a variety of topics related to mental health and wellbeing. The candidate will need to have excellent training and facilitation skills and a good understanding of mental health, mental health support, and mental wellbeing strategies to be able to develop training material on different aspects, and to generate ideas for new training topics as well. Candidates would also need to be able to consult with clients on their training needs and suggest training interventions that would be a good fit to their objectives and their environment. Responsibilities: Prepare content on various topics to add to our global learning offerings. These could include topics for the standard catalogue, WPO s promotional webinars, or professional development sessions. Consult with clients on customised training needs that they have and create proposals based on the client s requirement. Interface with other parts of the GLS team to ensure smooth delivery from the client s perspective. Conduct virtual and on-site training sessions on a variety of mental health and wellness topics.
