As an Algorithm Researcher in our team, you will play a crucial role in architecting and implementing cutting-edge algorithms with a focus on optimizing performance and efficiency in classical and quantum computing environments. Your responsibilities will include utilizing CUDA for developing and optimizing parallel algorithms, conducting spatial and time complexity analysis to enhance computational performance, and exploring quantum computing principles using platforms like Qiskit to design and test quantum algorithms. Your work will bridge the gap between classical and quantum computing applications, contributing to the development of innovative computing solutions. To excel in this role, you should have a PhD or master's in computer science, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or a related field, with a strong background in algorithm development and optimization. You must demonstrate a proven track record in algorithm optimization using CUDA, possess in-depth knowledge of spatial and time complexity analysis, and have a solid understanding of quantum computing principles along with experience in quantum computing frameworks like Qiskit. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java is essential, along with familiarity with software development best practices. Strong leadership and communication abilities are also necessary for leading collaborative efforts with cross-disciplinary teams and incorporating optimized algorithms into system architectures.
