Client & Lead Handling (Sales + Relationship Building) Be the first point of contact for people reaching out. Keep track of leads and conversions using basic data tools. 2. Event & Community Coordination Help plan, organize, and execute wellness events, mental health check-up camps, and workshops. Appointment & Operational Support Send timely session reminders and follow-ups to clients. Support therapists and team with daily coordination tasks.
