Follow up strategically with leads and existing clients to maintain engagement and drive conversions. Build relationships with clients, focusing on trust and long-term engagement, not just closing a sale. Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients, exploring new ways to add value.Marketing Strategies & Content Creation Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase outreach and awareness of mental health services. Write compelling content for follow-ups, social media posts, and marketing campaigns. Create engaging messages that resonate with the target audience and encourage action. Collaborate with the team on creative sales initiatives and marketing campaigns to drive growth.Business Growth & Expansion Identify opportunities for partnerships and new client acquisition. Bring fresh marketing ideas to help expand Mending Mind's reach and impact.Operations & Performance Track and manage sales performance and growth metrics, working towards monthly revenue and conversion targets.
