Key Responsibilities-

Client Relationship Management & Business Growth

•  Lead upselling and cross-selling initiatives to increase account value.
•  Managing relationships with each client and being involved in all aspects of client-
  customer synchronization.
•  Drive business development by identifying new opportunities within existing
  clients from Discovery to closing including proposals and negotiations.
•  Execute the whole pilot implementation process and make every pilot successful to
  maintain 100% success rate.
•  Build and execute account plans, outlining growth strategies, potential threats, and
  revenue targets.
•  Manage to drive revenue growth through consultative selling strategies.
•  Track and optimize sales performance against revenue and quota targets.
•  Work closely with product, marketing, and solutions teams to develop
  customized solutions for clients.
•  Provide insights from client interactions to enhance company's underwriting solutions.

Minimum Requirements-

 4 to 5 years of experience in sales, customer relationship management, or account management.

 Strong background in engineering services sales, SaaS, or AI-driven business solutions.

 Proven track record in closing deals, managing complex sales cycles, and exceeding revenue targets.

 Hands-on experience in proposal creation, cross-functional collaboration, and executive presentations.

 Excellent interpersonal, networking, and communication skills.

 Experience working with US clients and global delivery models.

 Ability to work independently and build long-term client trust
