About the Role:

Performance Marketer

Youll be responsible for setting up, tracking, and optimizing campaigns while working closely with content, product marketing, and sales to align messaging and distribution with our ICP. From thought leadership to lead nurturing — you'll play a key role in building momentum across the buyer journey.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Lead the execution of thought leadership content and distribution strategy on LinkedIn, including daily posts, scheduling, and engagement
  •  Optimize LinkedIn company pages to improve visibility, drive follower growth, and increase engagement
  •  Execute targeted LinkedIn connection strategies to grow the right network of ICP profiles
  •  Plan and run outbound and nurture email campaigns, focusing on subject lines, deliverability, and conversion
  •  Manage tools for LinkedIn/email outreach, including tracking link performance and reply rates
  •  Monitor campaign performance across channels and report on what’s working and what’s not
  •  Set up and optimize paid LinkedIn campaigns, including audience segmentation, CTA testing, and A/B testing
  •  Analyze website traffic, form submissions, and conversion paths using Google Analytics and other tools
  •  Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives by identifying high-potential accounts and tailoring outreach strategies
  •  Work closely with product marketing to repurpose and distribute whitepapers, blogs, and other assets through paid and organic channels
  •  Identify the right channels for each buyer journey stage and execute accordingly
  •  Track budgets and ROI across all campaigns with clear performance insights
  •  Collaborate with content and design teams to brief creative and messaging needs based on campaign goals
  •  Continuously iterate on performance marketing strategy based on data and qualitative insights
