Job Description

A Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and preparing reports, ensuring smooth operations and helping meet sales goals through organization, communication, and data tracking, bridging the gap between sales, marketing, and clients. They manage sales staff activities, maintain customer databases, and ensure timely delivery of products/services, making them crucial for sales efficiency.  Key Responsibilities: Sales Support: Assist sales reps, manage schedules, assign territories/quotas, and coordinate meetings. Customer Relations: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive client relationships. Reporting & Data: Create sales reports, track team performance, update CRM/databases, and analyze data. Operations: Process orders, manage sales materials, and ensure timely delivery. Coordination: Liaise with other departments (marketing, operations) for seamless sales flow.  Key Skills: Strong organizational & multitasking abilities. Excellent communication (written & verbal). Proficiency with CRM software and data entry. Attention to detail. Problem-solving & interpersonal skills.
