Senior Counsellor

As a senior overseas counselor at Riya Study Abroad, your primary responsibility will be to advise students on universities, courses, admission requirements, entrance exams, and scholarships. You will assist students with the application process, including guiding them through the visa process for key countries. Additionally, you will promote overseas educational institutions represented by the company, liaise with universities, represent the company at fairs and events, and set up follow-up mechanisms with students and universities abroad. Managing internal teams to ensure a high-quality student experience will also be part of your role. - Advise students on universities, courses, admission requirements, entrance exams, and scholarships - Assist students with the application process and guide them through the visa process for key countries - Promote overseas educational institutions represented by the company - Liaise with universities and university officers - Represent the company at fairs and events - Set up follow-up mechanisms with students and universities abroad - Manage internal support teams to ensure a high-quality student experience - Develop files on entry requirements, fee lists, and contacts at destination client institutions Qualifications Required: - Must be multilingual - Experience in study abroad expertise - Experience working on the student visa application process - Proficient in MS Office, CRM, analytics, and metrics - Good communication skills to interact effectively with students and parents - Organized and structured in work approach - Reliable and punctual in meeting deadlines - Willing to go the extra mile to assist students - Proficient in Microsoft Word and preferably Excel - Comfortable using the internet for research on universities, courses, etc. - Strong writing skills to communicate effectively with universities and students,
