Role Summary:
Drive lead engagement, qualify prospects, build trust, and schedule Video Counselling (VC) sessions for Admissions Counsellors. Act as the first touchpoint between learners and upGrad.
Key Responsibilities:
Call and engage assigned leads via auto-dialer
Qualify interest, needs, and eligibility
Build rapport and address learner queries
Schedule VC sessions for qualified leads
Coordinate with counsellors for smooth follow-through
Maintain CRM records and follow-ups
Requirements:
Min 2 years EdTech sales (Study Abroad is a plus)
Graduate, 6-day work week experience
Individual contributor with proven targets
Strong English communication, empathy, persuasion
Basic MS Office + CRM skills
