Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller and Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students, providing them with information about our services, and guiding them through the educational counselling process for pursuing MBBS degrees abroad. You will play a key role in helping students make informed decisions about their education and career paths.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and provide information about our consultancy services for MBBS abroad.
• Schedule and conduct counselling sessions with students and parents, either over the phone or in-person.
• Assist students with the application process for foreign medical universities, including filling out forms and preparing necessary documents.
• Follow up with students to ensure they are on track with their applications and provide ongoing support as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with students in our database.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve our telecalling and counselling processes.
• Stay updated on educational trends and changes in international medical university admission criteria.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in Education, Psychology, or a related area).
• Proven experience as a telecaller, customer service representative, or counsellor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Empathy and a genuine interest in helping students achieve their goals.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
