VISA Executive

As a Visa Consultant at Riya Tours and Travels located in Fort, Mumbai, your main responsibility will be to assist clients with visa applications by ensuring that all necessary documents are complete and accurate. You should have prior experience in handling Visa Processes, particularly for countries like USA, UK, Canada, NZ, and European Countries. Monitoring the status of visa applications and providing clients with regular updates will be crucial in this role. You will be expected to address client inquiries promptly and offer effective solutions to any visa-related issues they may encounter. Maintaining detailed and confidential records of all visa applications and client interactions is essential to ensure smooth operations. Staying up-to-date with changes in visa regulations and promptly updating clients and colleagues about any modifications will be a key aspect of your role. To excel in this position, you must have proven experience as a Visa Consultant or in a similar role within the travel industry. A strong understanding of visa application processes for multiple countries is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will be necessary to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
