Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager Holidays, located in Jalandhar. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales initiatives in the holidays segment, managing client relationships, and developing sales plans. Daily tasks include preparing sales forecasts, training and guiding the sales team, and identifying new business opportunities. This role also involves coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience for B2C Holiday sales is must.

• Proven experience in Sales Management, particularly in the travel and holidays sector
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus
