Job Description

As a Trainee - Ticketing at Riya Tours & Travel located in Andheri/Vikhroli, your primary responsibility will be to serve as a Reservation and Ticketing Agent. This involves handling flight bookings, reservations, issuing tickets, and managing them efficiently for passengers. You will also be expected to address customer queries related to ticketing and travel schedules in a professional manner. To excel in this role, you are required to possess good communication skills. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with a strong understanding of ticketing processes. Additionally, candidates with a background in Travel & Tourism or possessing an IATA certification will be given preference. It is essential that you are open to working in rotational shifts and have the flexibility for rotational week offs. Please note that there are no night shifts for female candidates.
