The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling passenger reservations, ticket issuance, and revenue generation activities at the station. This role requires a strong understanding of airline booking systems, customer service skills, and an ability to manage group bookings and refund processes efficiently. Key Tasks: Handle flight bookings, ticket issuance, and modifications (revalidation, reissuance). Assist with group bookings and coordinate group desk operations. Attending Walk-in Passengers across the counter & Email co-ordination. Solving all the queries of passengers and travel agents regarding FIT and group bookings Maharashtra / Goa and Nagpur Region Process itinerary changes, cancellations, and calculate refunds/credit notes. Prepare reports for the Station Manager / Commercial Manager Dimensions: Personal Qualities / Behavioral Competencies: Proficiency in GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) preferred. Strong understanding of airline ticketing rules, fare calculations, and refund processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Strong reporting and analytical skills. Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
