Sales Manager-MICE

Job Purpose: We’re expanding our horizons with a brand-new MICE division, and we’re looking for a driven and organized Sales Manager to join our journey. We are looking for someone who has experience in sales, a passion for events and travel, and a knack for keeping things structured. As part of a young, collaborative team within an established travel brand, you’ll help build lasting client relationships and create memorable corporate experiences.

Key Tasks:

• Build and manage relationships with corporate clients for meetings, incentives, conferences, and events.
• Understand client needs and create tailored proposals and quotations.
• Support in planning and coordinating with suppliers and internal departments to deliver seamless MICE experiences.
• Keep all client and sales data organized and up to date in company systems.
• Follow company protocols and reporting structures for consistency and accuracy.
• Stay informed on MICE trends, destinations, and competitor offerings.
• Meet and exceed sales goals while contributing to the team’s growth and culture.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification

Experience: 2–3 years of experience in MICE, event, or corporate travel sales preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
