Title: Ticketing Executive

Domestic Travel Executive to manage and coordinate domestic travel arrangements for clients.

Location : Goregaon , Mumbai

Salary : Upto 25K

Exp : 1+ yrs

Key Responsibilities:

• • Plan and book domestic travel arrangements, including flights, trains, hotels, transportation, and tour packages.
• • Handle travel inquiries via phone, email, or in person, and provide appropriate travel options that meet the client's needs and budget.
• • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to ensure smooth travel experiences.
• • Provide itinerary planning, ticketing, and visa (if applicable) assistance for domestic travel.
• • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client details.
• • Assist in resolving travel-related issues such as delays, cancellations, and rebooking’s.
• • Stay up-to-date with domestic travel regulations, destinations, and travel trends.
• • Provide after-sales support and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• • Prepare travel quotations and invoices.

Qualifications and Skills:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
• • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in domestic travel coordination or in a travel agency.
• • Proficiency in travel software such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is a plus.
• • Knowledge of domestic travel routes, destinations, and accommodations.
• • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• • Customer-focused attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
