Designation: Assistant Manager Qualification: Graduate/ MBA Experience: 2 yrs Salary Range- CTC 25K-40K pm. Location: Noida, Sector 16 Role and Responsibilities ·      Training Program Development: Design and develop training programs and materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, and presentations, tailored to the needs of the organization. ·      Facilitation: Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and online, ensuring a positive learning environment. ·      Needs Assessment: Collaborate with department heads and HR to identify training needs and skill gaps, and develop training plans to address them. ·      Evaluation: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary. ·      Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development, and implement new techniques to enhance the learning experience. ·      Reporting: Prepare and present reports on training activities, outcomes, and improvements to management. ·      Coaching and Mentoring: Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to employees as needed to support their professional development. ·       Compliance: Ensure that all training programs comply with legal requirements and organizational policies. ·       Admin Related responsibilities: Take care the admin-related responsibilities of handling employees, providing solutions to them,   Skills & Qualifications Required ·       Interpersonal Skills  ·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills ·       Excellence in MS word and Excel. ·       Self-Motivated ·       Go-getter attitude ·       Confident and hard-working, flexible to learn, adapt, and work regularly under pressure.
