Experience working with national or international brands.
Familiarity with AI and creative ideation tools.
Understanding for tone, voice, and narrative consistency across platforms.
Strong creative instincts with a drive for innovation and excellence.
Proven ability to craft compelling headlines, brand narratives, video scripts, and marketing communication.
Excellent command over English; strong conceptual thinking with a strategic outlook.
Ability to write across mediums—digital, print, social, video—with precision and flair.
Comfortable working in a collaborative, high-performance team and presenting to clients.
Deep understanding of brand building, positioning, and consumer behavior.
1. Conceptualize and craft high-impact advertising campaigns, brand stories, taglines, and integrated marketing communication for digital, print, video, and social media.
2. You’ll work closely with creative, design, and strategy teams to shape the tone, message, and voice of brands across multiple touchpoints.
3. Collaborate with designers to develop 360° campaign ideas and creative concepts.
4. Write engaging and original copy for brand campaigns, product launches, brand films, packaging, and experiential marketing.
5. Maintain and evolve consistent brand tone and messaging across all platforms and formats.
6. Lead creative brainstorms and ideation sessions; confidently pitch ideas internally and to clients.
7. Mentor junior copywriters, providing strategic direction and editorial feedback.
8. Work closely with strategy, digital marketing, and design teams to ensure content aligns with brand and business goals.
9. Conduct industry and audience research to enhance creative relevance and effectiveness.
10. Manage multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment, while maintaining high creative standards.
11. Present copy concepts and content strategies with clarity, conviction, and passion.
