Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and write creative, engaging, and brand-focused copy for FMCG clients across digital, social, and print platforms.
• Collaborate with designers and account managers to develop campaign ideas and marketing communication that align with brand goals.
• Develop taglines, campaign themes, product descriptions, and social media content tailored to each brand’s voice.
• Ensure consistent brand tone and messaging across all communication channels.
• Research FMCG market trends, consumer insights, and competitors to deliver relevant and impactful content.
• Write SEO-friendly copy for websites, blogs, and digital campaigns.
• Contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions and support in pitch content creation.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of proven experience in copywriting, preferably in a digital or creative agency environment.
• Hands-on experience working with FMCG, food, beverage, or consumer brands.
• Excellent command over English (Hindi proficiency is a plus).
• Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to turn ideas into compelling campaigns.
• Solid understanding of consumer psychology, brand communication, and digital content trends.
• Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Creative campaign ideation & storytelling
• SEO and content optimization
• Knowledge of digital media platforms and trends
• Familiarity with tools like WordPress, Grammarly, or content calendars
• Understanding of influencer and brand marketing
