Position: Social Media Executive Location: Noida Experience: 0.6 to 2 Years Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month Company: Sociapa Ventures Pvt. Ltd. About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing and posting content across major social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X (Twitter), and Google Business Pages . You’ll play a key role in amplifying brand visibility, maintaining a consistent content calendar, and executing platform-specific strategies to drive engagement and growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day posting across platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, Google Business Pages , etc. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, short videos). Maintain content calendars and coordinate with design and content teams. Monitor page activity, respond to comments/messages, and engage with followers. Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and trends to optimize post reach. Assist in monthly analytics/reporting of social media performance and suggest improvements. Collaborate with the creative team for ideation and execution of campaigns. Requirements: 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in managing multiple social media platforms. Strong understanding of each platform’s best practices and audience behavior. Basic knowledge of social media tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube Studio, etc. Excellent written communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage time, and deliver as per deadlines. Enthusiasm for brand storytelling and digital marketing. Good to Have: Basic knowledge of Canva or other content creation tools. Familiarity with hashtags, trending topics, and content planning techniques.
